Hi,
Could anyone please tell me what concentration of PI I should use to stain dead cells before running FACS? It seems to vary from protocol to protocol... My stock concentration is 1mg/ml.

Check the data sheet for PI. And try out a couple of conc. above and below the recommended. We had problems with each supplier of PI and it had to be titrated.
