Hello all, Can anyone direct me to a website or tell me how to analyze Western bands by densiometry? I'm using an Odyssey imager to scan in my blots, but there are no instructions on how to do densiometry. Specifically, I need to know how to standardize my results relative to a control band, if that makes sense.
