I was conducting a study to test a medicinal effect of a specific plant..I did not see any protocols on what concentration should i used. I decided to use 25%,50%,75% and 100% of the extract but still i should have a basis for using it..Anyone can help me on this...thank you so much..

I guess you would like to use a compound at a concentration comparable to its affinity or better to its EC50 to its intended target protein.
