I will have oral exam in immunology and i am preparing for it, but struggling to find the the answers to these questions

1.methods based on primary interaction between antibody and antigen.
2.methods based on secondary interaction between antibody and antigen.

If someone would be so kind as to tell me what these methods are, i would very much appreciate it!
