BLAST protein block motif

Hi
I have a question, I generated protein block, which represent a conserved domain (moti) in a family of proteins I'm working on, now I would like to BLAST this motif, How can it be done ?

Use blastp at the NCBI website, or try the swiss-prot (expasy.org) website.
