hi,

Could someone pl tell me any good tutorial for cloning a bacterial gene in E.coli, i would want to know right from the scratch like retrieving the bacterial sequence from NCBI, i have lot of doubts at every step, if someone could help me it would be nice, thnks....

Try Molecular Cloning: a laboratory manual, by Sambrook et al. - it is the "bible" for molecular biology.
