Hey guys ,
i'm writing because every time i'm doing His-TEV purification, when I check the induction a non specific band comes up in the coomassie gel.
His-TEv is 27kDa, this band is around 40-42 kDa.
I would exclude it's a dimer. Do you think it could be a glycosylated form?
