what will happen if i used DEPC treated water for Plant Tisue Culture (Callus induction)?

Theoretically at least, there should be no difference between DEPC treated water and the water which was used to make the DEPC treated water. DEPC should degrade to CO2 and H2O on heating and contact with water.
