Hi everyone,
I am a newby in immunostaining, and my lab has no experience about it.
I would like to test actin immunostaining on my HEK cells, but I don't have any fluorescent secondary antibodies, but I have peroxydase antibodies that I use with Amersham ECL for my WB.
Have you ever used this in immunostaining?
Thanks a lot

The DAB based systems are peroxidase reactions. You will find ICC on 293's difficult as they don't adhere well to slides/coverslips and wash off during processing.
