Hello!!!

Someone can tell me some names of programs that serve as simulators for PCR.

I had the amplify on my mac, but changing the version of lion, stopped working...

Would greatly appreciate for your help.

I use UCSC's online simulator. Its quick and will work no matter what OS you use.
