Nead some advise, I grow PC-3 cell in RPMI medium supplemented with 10 %FCS and antibiotics, but lately cell do not attach, and theones that attach do not grow as usual. I defrosted another ampule but i don't see any change.
Should i try to replace the medium? to what?
