Hello,

Does anyone quantify small amounts of RNA in concentrations around pmol?

I check for some products and i found the RiboGreen (Molecular Probes - Invitrogen). But is this specific for RNA? They talk about the Dnase treatment before quantify, so i´m with some doubts about it specificity.

And real time PCR, do you know anything? Without Reverse-transcription.
