I have some previous experience in autoradiography, but for the particular ligand i would like to now try people seem to always dry their slides under a stream of cold nitrogen after the last wash before exposing to film/ phosphor screen. I have never done this before and would be grateful for any practical advice on how to do this safely, and without damaging my sections or slides. Thanks.
