Hi everybody!

I need a little help with an experiment. I'm trying to co-transfect my construction and another reporter plasmid at the same time. For transfecting the single construction, I use 10 ug DNA, my question is: should I put the same amount of reporter plasmid, 10ug? Since with the reporter I want to reflect the transfection efficiency I think the conditions should be the same, but I don't find any protocol.
