I'm trying to amplify the mouse gnrh receptor; i've checked my rna with gel, and I also amplified with a house keeping gene. Both resuts are excellent. My primers do not anneal with any other part of the sequence, and also my " -RT" lanes are ok. I -once- had a smear on the positive control I was using. But I never had any resuts ... do you think the company I got the primers from made a mistake and sent me the wrong pimers....???
I'm stuck! any ideas? anyone? please....
