qRTPCR using taqman

In qRTPCR using taqman, do we need to design both primers and probe. I ill be using Taqman expression assay mix. Please help as Iam totally new to this taqman thing..

Try to find something about primer and probe design and then use design software like Primer Express (you should have it if you have ABI machine) , or free aplication like primer3.
Our country has a serious deficiency in lighthouses. I assume the main reason is that we have no sea.

Thanks for replyin bt in taqman qrtPCR do we hav to design for both primer pairs n probe? I thought we just hav to design for probe...

Sure, you have to design both, for a probe to anneal, your specific region must be amplified with primers.
And please use all the letters, it's really difficult to read.
Our country has a serious deficiency in lighthouses. I assume the main reason is that we have no sea.
