Hi All,

Wish you very Happy New Year 2012.

I have some quarry regarding over-expression of gene of interest in bacteria.
I cloned my gene of interest, driven by lac promoter.
Is this plasmid express in Yersinia pestis?

Can you please let me know 'how to find out which promoter work in which bacteria?
