Hi guy,
Recently I run into trouble when I do ChIP-Seq against P300 in mouse liver tissue. After ChIP, the amount of DNA is really low.
I use this antibody: santa cruz SC-58
It works pretty well in human cell line, but it is bad for mouse liver tissue
Can you recommend me any P300 antibody that works in mouse?
