I have been culturing NIH3T3 and MC3T3-E1 cells and have been finding large, multinucleated cells in both of the cultures. Not a lot, but enough to notice. I've attached a picture of one of them (in my NIH3T3s) after staining with crystal violet. What are they? Thanks!
