Hi All.
Im trying to transfect SH-sy5y cells with lipofectamine 2000 (serum free) but without luck (get a renilla act. at about 20).
Have any of you experience transfecting sy5y with an eletroporator - What is the transfection efficiency like and is there any speciel things you have to take into account.

We have been using SH-SY5Y for luciferase assays without any problems, transfected with lipo2000 in optimem.
