How to chose the degenerate primers designed by iCODEHOP web application?

Hi There,
I have designed degenerate primers using iCODEHOP web application, but I do not know how to chose   the best primers because there are many degenerate primers produced by the program.
Anyone have much experience about the issue, please help me!
