Hi all,

I was posted some bacteria from a glycerol stock spotted out onto whatman filter paper. I dropped them into LB media with appropriate antibiotic (amp) and 24 hr later, no growth in all but one flask. Any ideas or other methods for reviving bacteria from filter paper?

to my knowledge this method is the best one - what about the one flask with growth - the right ones?
