I am trying to test the promoter that I am interested in.
I trransfected with pRL-tk for normalization.
For some reason, my luciferase did not changed much, instead, ranella luciferase changed 10 times (100,000).
In this case, I cannot calculated as 10 fold decrease, because RL is increased.
Anyway, has anyone have experience that RL-tk is regulated this much?
I can understand like 2 fold, which is changed by experimental conditions, but never like this.
Please help.
