Does anybody have experience seeding cells onto screws (or similar round objects) for culture? we are trying to determine the best method for getting cells to attach to the surface of screws and are trying both static and dynamic methods. Just wondering if anybody has experience with this and could give me your 2 cents. Thanks!

Interesting question. What purpose?

Anyway, I guess you could try dipping them in Poly-L lysine or gelatin. That should help with attachment.
