Hi, I am interested in expressing a C-terminal fragment (~800aa) of a protein, but I want to keep the signal peptide (N-terminal, ~20aa) with it.
How should I make the recombinant protein? The signal peptide is ~60bp long, so it is hard to directly include in the 5'-primer?
Would someone please help me with it?
Thanks a lot!
