Hi,
Can anyone please tell if RBC stored in Alsever's solution can undergo glycolysis? Alsever was purchased from sigma and has following composition:
Composition (in g/L):
NaCl (4.2)
Citric Acid•3Na•2H2O (8.0)
Citric Acid•H2O (0.55)
D-Glucose (20.5).
