I can not afford to buy an ELISA reader and I would like to test my lymphocyte proliferation using trypan blue. Is what I can do.

Hi Sagni,

In  general Trypan Blue assay is very easy to perform. Maybe this article could help you http://www.ncbi.nlm....ubmed/21649473.
