Hi!
I'm looking for a good Phenol:cloroform:Isoamyl Alcohol (25:24:1) to buy for marine bacterioplankton DNA isolation. I normaly use some kits, but the samples have few DNA volumn, so I would like with a Phenol-Cloroform protocol.
I saw SIGMA, but they have 3 different kinds.
In my protocol recomend a 8pH mix.

I leave the link here:

Any suggestions if both are apropiate for the DNA isolation are welcome or if you can recomend me a similar product from other company that works for DNA isolations

Thanks!

I've seen this one also. Seems very similar, but I'm not sure if would be ok. If someone have used it already and can give me any recomendations
516726 Phenol/Chloroform/Isoamyl Alcohol, 25:24:1 (v/v), Molecular Biology Grade

Thank you again!
