I'd like to attach the cell(protoplast) separated from tomato root on coverslip. After this procedure, I will do the patch clamp to characterize the ion channel of tomato root cell. I've tried with 'concanavalin A' and 'poly-D-lysine' in order to coat the coverslip. But I've failed to attach the protoplast on coverslip. I don't know what is the problem. If you know any method of either coating coverslip or attach the cell, inform me the technique, please. Thank you!
