I need a formula for saturating a volume of serum with solid ammonium sufate that takes into account the specific volume that the ammonium sulfate adds.  I have been researching it and there are too many sources that give varying results.

there are charts which will tell you how much ammonium sulfate to add to a volume to reach saturation (or percentage of).
