Can anyone help me please? I had designed degenerate primers for cytochrome P450 from aligned protein sequences of few available Anopheles CytP450 sequences from NCBI. I had synthesized cDNA as manufacturer's manual (Fermentas #K1641). I had been trying to anneal the primers using different temperatures and time but no avail. Can anyone help me please.
