hello everybody. is anybody can tell me what types of neuron can bind to HLA-DQ antibody ?  In my ICC experiment, my purkinje cell get stain by HLA-DQ in my cerebellum slides. I think it should only be showed in microglial cells. But it is also show in Purkinje cell. So does it also show in normal person or just show in patients cerebellum? Or is any other cell type get stain such as astrocyte, glial cell?

thank you very much
