We just got new mouse anti-elastin and Alexa Fluor 594 for donkey anti-mouse.
It is so weird that I can only see nice stained fibers with blue filter, not with yellow filter, where it is supposed to show.
Anyone has any ideal?

I suspect you are either seeing bleed through with your channels, or that you have some form of autofluorescence.
