Can some body please tell me the receipe for making stripping buffer which can be used on nitrocellulose membrane? Thanks a lot.

I use this recipe and strip my nitrocellulose blot for 30 min at 56 oC with shaking.
100mM β-mercaptoethanol
2% SDS
62.5 mM Tris (pH 6.7)
100mM β-mercaptoethanol
