Hi,
Does anyone know a manual for alignment of the TEM with pictures and a nice troubleshooting?
I wanna be able to identify the problems.
1. When you don't have too much intensity
2. When you can't converge the beam to a very small spot
3. What's the importance of the aperture in the conderser and in the objective?
4. Spot sizes.
