I have a 1kd protein which is difficult to purify. i have some separated product which needs to be detected on LCMS, for that i have to remove the salts present in the sample which also contains my protein. The protein was earlier purified using the Tris buffer ph 8.5. My question is whether same buffer to be used for desalting in the PD 10 column or MiliQ should be used?? plzz inform about the equilibration as well as the elution buffer .......... URGENT
