Hi, I'm going to be doing a co-IP (using protein G Dynabeads), but I'm limited to aprox. 500,000 cells as starting material. I'm dubious as to whether this will be enough starting material, and wondered if anyone has any thoughts on sensitivity? ie. would this be completely impossible, or worth a try (the cells are quite precious primaries, and I would prefer not to waste them).
