I would like to construct a philadelphia chromosome based on the FASTA sequences of chromosome 9 and 22, the procedure is done according to the following figure:

in which the BCR part of chromosome 22 joins with the ABL part of chromosome 9 and creates a changed chromosome 22, I have downloaded the fasta sequences of chromosome 9 and 22, also the parts that deals with BCR and ABL; the question that I have is how I can make the join using the fasta sequences to build a philadelphia chromosome?
