Hi, I need to extract RNA from FFPE cancer tissues for real-time RT-PCR. (The fresh frozen tissues are not available.) Does anyone have any recommendation of the extraction kit? Thank you.

If you'll hold for some time I will tell you, I'm currently solving the same problem. I should test two kits within few weeks and I will tell you.

recoverall from ambion is what we use in the lab.
you just need to have enough of the ffpe material, i think we use 2x10micron sections. also cut away the old face as that will have many degraded nucleic acids
