Hello, I am new to the forum...
Can anyone help me with a standard protocol for PAGE and SDS PAGE.
I need to prepare the recipes. But the different protocols, what I got from web sources, didnt work out.
Thank you.
especially the problem comes with dissolving of acrylamide and bis acrylamide.

what is your problem with dissolving acrylamide and bis?
the solution gets cold, keep stirring until it is all dissolved (may take a while). i wouldn't heat the solution, just let it get to room temperature (all will be dissolved) on its own.
