I need to dissolve NAC in water for in vivo experiment. How often in advance  should I prepare it so that NAC will have an effect?

Which compound are you actually referring to? NaCl? Na acetate (usually written NaoAC)? etc?

According to this article (http://www.sciencedi...739900280X#sec4) it is stable for 1 hour at room temperature.

(I only did a quick google search, so you may be able to find better info)

My suggestion would be to find literature where they did experiments similar to what you are hoping to do, and check which protocol they used.

thank for the answer. I've tried that but the articles I've read, they don't include a protocol.
