Hi,
Does anyone know off a test one could perform to test for phorbol myristate acetate (PMA).
I am trying to differentiate THP-1 cells into macrophages, however its not going so well.
One of my suspicions as to why that is, is when I was given PMA, it wasn't actually PMA. However to test my hypothesis I need to test for it in my stock solution that I received.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
