Hii everyone i want to isolate mitochondrial and cytosolic protein for performing Western blotting. can anyone suggest me how to isolate and purify the mt. and cyt. protein. any suggestion will be appreciated.

You can use Qproteome cell compartment kit from QIAGEN.
