It was only yesterday when I heard of Zymo Technologies' Direct-zol, which looks like an interesting twist on the TRI-based column kits (TRIzol Plus, Ribopure, RNEasy Lipid Tissue).
However, does anyone has experience on how well it worked, especially on yield?
