Hi,
I wanted to integrate GFP into a mammalian cell line.
First of all , which vector stable tranfection. Second, what are the step by step procedure for this experiment starting from choosing the vector, any gene manipulation, cloning ,maybe specific cell line , transfection process?
can anyone please fill me in with the basic detail and facts how i am going to proceed with it?
