Hi, I want to check the sequence of a gene from DNA of people.

My problem is, I can only find exons in NCBI, but not introns. I hope to know the molecular weight of the full length gene, including exons and introns. Where should I go to find it?

Thanks very much!

Try using the BLAT tool at the UCSC genome page.
