Dear All,

I have a problem with blotting gH2A.X from total cell lysate (RIPA) or insoluble nuclear extracts (2%SDS in Tris). The bands look funny (see image) and I know that the problem is probably the genomic DNA. But ultrasound treatment of the sample did not help.

Does somebody have a solution to my problem?
