Ideally no, technically perhaps. I think you should just do the ChIP and find out........I'd be interested in the results. The only problems I for-see is 1) mouse monoclonals aren't the best for ChIPs 2) Fc Receptors from resident immune cells could function as a molecular sink, binding up some of your antibody........but that probably depends on your tissue......and your isotype control should help you see if that were the case.
