hai everyone
i need a help.after running a dna on agarose gel i wanna extract pure dna without any loss.rightnow iam using genei kit from which i get only in small amounts and also not concentrated.
so anyone can tell me ea method by which i get same quantity and quality of dna loaded on gel"

I've used geneclean, genelute (qiagen), gencatch (epoch biolabs) and other gel extraction kits... Genelute and gencatch are among the best with gencatch much cheaper but least known.
