Hello!

I need to stain U2-OS cells with a\b to some nuclear proteins. My protocol includes a permeabilisation step (10 min in 0.2% Triton x-100). However, that might be not enough to permeabilise a nuclear membrane.
Are there any tips for detecting nuclear proteins with immunostaining?

Thank you in advance!
